No — on the standard Lease plan, MMG owns and manages the site. You have full use of it for as long as you’re a subscriber. If you cancel, the site comes down. If you want ownership, the Buy Outright option is built exactly for that.
Cancel anytime with 30 days notice — no fees, no penalties. After cancellation, the site is taken offline. Your content and photos are yours to keep. We’ll give you a full export of any written content you provided.
Most sites go live within 7–14 business days from your onboarding call, depending on how quickly you send us your assets (logo, photos, content). The faster you send materials, the faster we build.
No problem. We’ll connect your existing domain to your new site. If you need a domain, we can help you acquire one — typically $12–$15/year.
